A great big thank you to Dr. Ignacio and the staff at the Granville Island Vet Hospital. After the sudden and tragic passing of my beloved cat "Apple", Dr. Ignacio and the staff have been so supportive to me. They have shown so much compassion and emotional support. I amazed by there professionalism & kindness. When the time is right and I feel ready to get another cat I will definately go to GIVH, that way I know my little guy or gal is in the best possible hands. Thank you!!

Excellent attention to my dog Bandit with his many problems.
Today Dr. Huggins quickly attended to his paw injury with an anti inflamatory injection which resulted in almost normal behavior.
This vet clinic is a great example of a small business well run and well staffed.

I cannot say enough about all the staff at Granville Island. I was overseas for a while last year when my dog became terminally ill. Dr Ignacio phoned me regularly until I managed to get a flight back.
Everyone was always so nice to my soppy dog and extremely kind to me at the end of his life.
I now have a new puppy and have already been back to show him off to everyone.

The staff at this clinic is absolutely wonderful!
We started out with Granville Island Veterinary Hospital when we brought our puppy home from the breeder 10 months ago. They are always ready to answer any questions, fit us in when needed and their pricing is very reasonable.
Because of this, they now have our new kitten as a client as well!

I came in to Granville Island Veterinary Hospital with a ripped claw and everyone took care of me like I was their own! Even though I was a little out of it and scared, lots of licks and frantic tail wags to everyone- JJ
We want to thank the night staff and Dr Ignacio for their prompt and gentle care of our cat, Osker. Although we had to bring him in late on a Sunday evening, we were treated with respect and never made to feel that we were an imposition. Osker was treated lovingly, and was sent home in a much improved condition.

GIVH is an amazing place.They have everything needed to take care of your beloved pet(s).From state of the art equipment to 24 hour care to wonderful doctors and staff.My Tasha had the best care possible during her last days and for that I am truly thankful to all involved.A Special Thank You to Dr.Clark and Dr.Ignacio.

Buddy our loving minature schnauzer was neutered here and the doctor and staff were wonderful and very concerning. I recommend people who care for their animals to use granville island veternary as they are the best in the business.

My (sensitive) 9 year old multi-poo and I have been a client/patient with the veterinarians of the Granville Island Hospital since bringing her home as a pup. Three times they have held the clinic open AFTER hours for me to rush in with emergency needs. (a severe allergic reaction as a puppy, a pancreatic attack, and most recently chocolate poisoning, and years previously for our cat) Mocha and I have consistently been treated with understanding and kindness, in addition to receiving expert and thorough medical treatment. The 24 hour care given by all of the staff has on several occasions helped both Mocha and I to get through the night. Knowing Mocha is being treated and checked on when in the hospital overnight by a caring night nurse is frankly, invaluable.
