After 4 wonderful years working for Disneyland Resort Paris, Muriel decided to leave beautiful France to fulfill her dream of settling in Canada. Why in Vancouver? She says, If you live here you know why! With a new life comes a new job and working in the animal health care field is something she's always wanted to do... and now really loves to do! Of course she’d be happy to help you in French if you like! When she’s not at work, Muriel likes to travel and do as many outdoor activities as possible to enjoy the surrounding nature. She misses her family dog Iggy Pop and her bunny boy Zebulon as they had to stay in France. But here in Canada, she's adopted a wonderful cat named Whinnie, she’s the best cat ever!

I moved to Vancouver two years ago from Ontario thiniking it would be a temporary stay, but I love it and while I hope to one day travel again I definitely see this as my home. Since moving here I have adopted a very handsome four year old cat "Patrick Strayze" who I absolutely adore and spoil. Outside of work I enjoy baking, reading and hiking.

I have lived in the Lower Mainland all my life and have always had a love for animals. I have spent most of my life working in the service industry in many different positions from a post office clerk to selling jewelry. After I graduated from U.B.C with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology I wanted a job that combined my love for animals and making people happy. I live with my boyfriend of over six years and my wonderful Australian Shepherd, Tucker. I love to travel, watch movies and I am a big Canucks fan.

Rachel has 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Roper and Bomber, 2 cats, Pawserella and Nicholas Charming and an American Quarter Horse, Dotty.
